(Rice ball with dried young sardines)
wash your hand well.
Ingredients
™@Boiled rice -150g
™@dried young sardines - 25g
™@pickled ume - 2 (minced)
™@sesame - a little
™@Sesame oil - 3 teaspoons
™@salt and pepper - a little
™ nori
‡@ Frizzle dried young sardines in a little of hot Sesame oil on a frying pan
and add salt and pepper. (Add oil if@necessary)
‡A Mix Boiled rice and ‡@ and sesame, ume.
‡B press firmly with both hands (one portion of rice in your hand)
‡C Squeeze the rice into a triangle-shaped ball.
‡D Wrap the onigiri with nori.
